This publication is the new edition of the third volume from the original ‘Patterns of Fashion’ series. Patterns of Fashion 3 has 166 pages, with full colour images of the garments and scale patterns in colour, 7 of which have been added to this edition, and a revised introduction. The scale patterns include 18 doublets, 3 jerkins, 9 hose, 7 cloaks, 3 pair of sleeves, 2 foreparts, 12 gowns, 2 petticoats, 2 waistcoats, 1 lap mantle, 1 kirtle and 7 hats. All these patterns are presented on a grid for measurements to be taken from them by imperial and metric systems. A scale measuring card is included in each package with the book/s ordered.
